We will need a set of photos to work from. Exactly what we will need will depend on the type of model being developed. For a Façade one or two photos of the front face of the house to be modelled will probably suffice but for a full model we will need photos showing the whole house being modelled from as many angles as possible. If you want us to model the internal layout we will need an outline sketch of the floor plans for each floor and photos of any major items of furniture that you might want modelling. Any unusual or personal features that you would like modelled will also need to be photographed. If you want us to create pictures and wall hangings for your rooms, we will need high quality photos to work from.It is also very helpful if you can send us a google earth pin to help us look at the property from above.The more information we have, the more faithful the modelling is likely to be. For previous models, estate agent details have been extremely useful sources of information!All information provided will be used solely for the purposes of designing the model. Once we have completed your build to your satisfaction, we will destroy all information provided. We may ask your permission to retain one or more photos to use for our website project gallery but this is entirely at your discretion and you are under no obligation to agree to this. You may also withdraw permission for the use of such photos at any time by contacting us directly.

Because we operate on mini-figure scale, there are a range of animals already created as standalone items that we can try to match to your pets but a faithful match cannot be guaranteed. For example, if you have a pond or fishtank, we can populate it with ‘standard’ Lego fish but these may not be to the scale of your actual fish!
