Our Design and Build Process

All our models are custom designed and built which means there is a lead time of many weeks on most models. Under certain circumstances it may be possible to expedite a model but if you are buying as a gift you should allow enough time for the full process to run through to be sure of it arriving in time.

Our prices are determined by the size of the model, the number of bricks required, the optional extras selected along with the effort involved in creating the design and then building and preparing your order. For this reason, we only provide indicative prices and timescales on the website. Once we have sufficient information from you and have created an initial model, we can generate a fixed price and you can then choose to proceed or not. The process we follow is summarised below:

Step 1.png

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Browse our website and select the type of model that you are interested in. Fill out the enquiry form on the page associated with that model type and provide as much information as you can including photos and basic floor-plans if you can (and if they are applicable). The more information we have to work with, the easier it is for us to develop an estimate for the work.

We would like to re-iterate that these models are completely custom built and consequently they take time to design, prepare, source the materials and build or package up your order. We will always be transparent with you about the progress of your order and will try to deliver it as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We will also give you sight of the designed model for you to approve. This will give you an opportunity to adjust elements of the model. We try to use reasonable skill and judgement to create a model of your house that you will be happy with but please bear in mind that the medium of Lego does place practical limitations on what can be achieved, especially with regard to colours.

When you start an order with us, we will send you a link to an order tracking page so you can see exactly what stage of the process your order is in and get sneak previews of the design as they become available.

How Do We Create Our Models?

Background images may use AI-generated imagery, but every model featured is a genuine custom built or CAD-rendered representation of a real model.
