A complete scale model of your own home built from Lego bricks.
These models are generally the most detailed and faithful representations of your home. However they take up a lot of space compared to a façade and due to their size, they require a lot more bricks and are therefore more complex and more expensive.
Our free-standing houses can be built as pure model shells for display purposes only, or they can be built as component models with or without representative internal rooms and furniture (for extra cost.)
Alternatively, we can turn the model into a kit with comprehensive instructions for you to build yourself, all delivered in a custom Lego style presentation box.
The most accurate and complete model option...
Whilst Facades are a great option if you want a model of your home but lack display space, and a modularised house can be perfect to play with or to place in the middle of your own Lego street scene, both of these options usually require a degree of tailoring in order for the model to fit within the constraints of the selected medium.
However, if you want a detailed, accurate representation of your entire house (largely to scale), then you need a standalone model.
Our full-house models can be augmented with the same options as our Modular Houses and the process of designing and building them is largely the same but the emphasis is on external accuracy and scale.
We generally focus on the building itself but are happy to work on more extensive models that include gardens, outbuildings, driveways and other external features if you wish.
We can build the house as a basic shell or you can opt for us to model internal walls and features as well. Even with our shell models, we generally adopt the 'modular' practice of making each story separate, so you can access the interior of your model easily without having to dismantle it.
Detatched Town House
This detatched town house was a compact stand-alone model. The house has undergone considerable modernisation since the original photo and hence there are discrepancies in (for example) window colour, however the basic layout remains unchanged.
This model included a full internal walls and staircase build along with a few specific features such as a fireplace, some custom wall-artwork and minifigures of the owners and their pets.
